Assignment for Week 1

Make sure you can login to your account on pascal.

2.

Create your class directory as a subdirectory of your public_html directory on pascal. This is where you will place your work.

Create pages in here as needed. In particular create a page for Week1.html and Assignment1.html. The Week1 page should describe what you have done (I will add something related to the Wednesday lecture on Wednesday) and the Assignment1 page should contain whatever I tell you to do on Wednesday.

4.

Scan the listing of protocols, and choose a few of them to examine in more detail. Since we will study them in more depth later on, for now just write a brief synopsis of what the protocol appears to do, and how it relates to some of the other protocols on the list, or that you are familiar with.
